Though often grated, Parmigiano-Reggiano makes a superb table cheese that offers tremendous flavor-a combination of nutty, salty and sweet. Serve ours with extra virgin olive oil drizzled on top for a lasting piquant experience. A perennial DEAN & DELUCA favorite.
