Working with experts in China, we have assembled the traditional serving pieces needed to brew and serve tea in the time-honored Gongfu tradition. The bamboo tray acts as a catch basin for the waste water that results from the steeping process. The drawer in the tray may also be used for storage when the ceremony is finished.
