Crumble onto tomato and mozzarella pizza, broiled tomatoes, grilled zucchini and peppers, ratatouille or pasta with mushrooms. Add a pinch to olives, then warm in olive oil. Sprinkle on goat cheese rounds before baking for a goat cheese salad, or top goat cheese toasts with a fragrant pinch. Adds a warm herbal note to tomato sauce and the flavor of Provence to roast chicken or grilled swordfish. Contains savory, fennel, thyme, rosemary and lavender.
