Variously described as "meticulous," "fanatical," "a farmer's farmer," Lee Hudson is widely hailed as one of the great grape growers in the world. So it's no surprise that his own signature label would represent some of the finest fruit grown in Carneros. All we can say about his Syrah is that it is brilliantly built, with ripe fruit and layers of spices. There aren't many bottles out there, so jump on it. USA
